Business Office
The function of the Business Office is multi-faceted, covering everything from budget development, accounting, business insurances, financial reporting and day-to-day financial operations. This department is responsible for all fiscal matters of the agency. The Business Office is supervised by the Chief Financial Officer.

Program Office
T.A.K.E. offers a full continuum of programs and services for individuals 16 and older residing in St. Clair and Madison Counties. This office manages all state and federal program development and implementation, participant recruitment and enrollment, case management, and all programmatic reporting. This office is supervised by the Director of Program Operations.
